Looking for solutions I found a recipe online for making pore strips yourself. Because these work so much better for me I'll share with you my method.
You need a cup and teaspoon that you're not very attached to. Completely cleaning them afterwards is a near impossible task, it's easier to just put these aside for reuse. Put a teaspoon of gelatine powder in the cup. This should be fine, flavorless powder, no gelatine sheets. Add to this mixture two teaspoons of regular milk. You can also use water, though I found it doesn't work as well. Stir this well and put it in the microwave for exactly 20 seconds. During this time hold a washcloth drenched in hot water over your nose, the heat will unclog your pores.
When you remove the cup from the microwave stir again and wait a minute or so until the mixture has cooled a little. Keep the washcloth on your nose. When the mixture has cooled a little (not completely) spread it over your nose and next to it. Don't add to much, a thin layer works better.
Wait for approximately 20 minutes for the stuff to completely dry. When it's dry you can peel it off. It will probably break, but that's okay, it'll still work.
The first time will probably not work so good, but after a few times you can see a good result. Don't do it for more than two times a week though.
